- Make sure you are typing in the code on the left side of the screen in the "I Have a Company Code" section
- You need to click "Register" when you enter the code
- Check the spelling; codes are case-sensitive! If you are using a mobile device, the first letter may be added as an upper-case automatically.
- Double check the Company Code with your employer
