Company admins and managers can upload documents directly into user profiles.

  • Login as a Company Admin
  • Click on Users
  • Search for a user's name
  • Click on their name- this will bring you into their user profile
  • Click on My Documents
  • Upload a document/certificate

Here are some examples of documents that could be uploaded:

  • map to a particular site which a worker is visiting
  • safety procedures manual
  • profile of a manager in the store where the worker is due to start work
  • permits and job tickets
