There are many reasons you may need to reject a contractor company after they have completed the contractor registration form. These reasons can include: incorrect documentation, incorrect expiry dates or you may wish for them to call you to discuss further if you require clarification on any answers they have given on the registration page.
Access your Company Settings by clicking your name in the top right corner of Initiafy. Click on the Contractor Registration section on the right. On the top, click the Rejection Reasons tab and enter any reasons why you might reject a contractor company’s document or answer to a question. Click Add after each reason.
Once a company has been rejected, the Contractor Manager will be alerted as to the reason why and given the opportunity to rectify their details. You will be notified by email once they have done so.
