As the designated "Contractor Manager", you may be required to manage and update the companies registration documents depending on the Parent Company's configuration settings.

There are two main reasons you may need to do this:

  1. You have a newer, updated version of a document that is required by the parent company and you would like to make this available to them.
  2. Your previous document has expired, and your team may be refused access to site unless you update the documents.

In either case, logging into Initiafy will bring you to a screen that looks like this:

To update the company documents, navigate to the Company Profile tab:

Next, click on the Company Documents Tab:

You may not see the option to delete the out of date document, however by clicking "Upload File" and choosing the same option, you can easily replace this document:

This document must in turn be viewed and approved by the parent company before your workers can complete their inductions. Whilst you are awaiting for approval, a blue banner will appear above your screen advising that you are pending approval.

While your account is pending, your company code will be temporarily disabled and your workers will not be able to log in. 

We recommend letting your contact in the parent company know you are awaiting approval to speed up this process.
