A worker whose invitation has been withdrawn by a manager or administrator, or who has declined their invitation, will need to have their invite renewed before they can access and complete their qualification.

In order to renew the invite, go to Users under Invitations on the left-hand side of your administrator portal:

Find the worker whose invite you need to renew, and click on the 3 dots under actions.

A list will appear - click Renew.

To renew multiple users at once, click the box next to their status:

Then click this icon to renew the invitations:

The invitations will now be renewed and the worker can now accept them and complete their qualifications.
