Users may need their invitation to be resent for a variety of reasons such as if you have sent the invitation to the wrong email address or if the user is not able to locate it in their email inbox. Always advise users to check their spam/junk folder also.
To resend an invitation to users Pending invite
Select “Invitations” on the left-hand side of the GoContractor page
From the drop-down menu select “Users”
Find the user in question from the list of workers that appear by selecting their name on the tab.
Then select the 3 dots next to their profile picture and “Resend email”
If successful “Invitation sent!” will appear on the bottom left-hand side of the screen and should be in the user's email inbox
Note: You must be an admin in order for this process to work. If the user has accepted but is having trouble accessing GoContractor please have them go to app.gocontractor.com > login as you will not be able to resend an invitation if the user has already "accepted" the invite.
