There are a few reasons why you may not be getting an email from GoContractor. There are several factors involved in email verification and although GoContractor email is fully verified. Users and email providers still have the right to flag emails as spam based on local setting and configurations for those inboxes which is not controlled by GoContractor.

There was a typo in the email address used for the verification.

In this case, the admin will need to edit the pending invitation and resubmit the invite request to the updated email

Your email provider has blocked our email address.

Please ensure that [email protected] is whitelisted by your inbox provider.

Our email went to your spam folder

Please ensure the email has not gone to another folder or spam.

If none of the above resolve you will be required to email [email protected] to verify your email and our team will look into why you are not getting our emails.
