As an administrator of a project or workgroup. You will be notified when a user uploads a required document as part of the user's qualifications. Notifications from the time of user upload, can take 5 - 10 minutes.

Confirm Enables Notifications:

  1. Go to app.gocontractor.com

  2. In the top-right click the drop-down option and click "My Settings".

  3. Under "Update Email Preferences" click "Edit".

  4. Under "Users are ready for approval", ensure that the Email checkbox is checked.

*As long as you do not approve the documents before the notification goes out or the above settings are turned off (on by default), you will get a notification.
