All automatic e-mail from the platform come from [email protected]
1. Make sure your email address is correct.
2. Check your Inbox thoroughly for the email. If you can not find it there, check your Junk or Spam folders as well.
3. Some companies have a "Personal On-hold Messages" tab - please check in there.
4. Contact your IT to make sure [email protected] is not blocked.
5. Click on support chat in the bottom right corner to contact us if you have any questions.
